We would like to acknowledge the generous donations of some very special people. Our friends in Northern Ireland, Christine and Stephen, raised 1020 pounds on behalf of A.P.A.Ri.V. These funds helped ensure the health of our dogs this year as it enabled us to purchase the necessary vaccines. Brian Groves of SATRA International and Graham Preston in the UK listened to our concerns about our dogs contacting leishmaniosis. With their donations of 2000 euros and 500 euros, we purchased enough Scalibor collars for the next 18 months which will significantly reduce the chances of and help prevent our dogs from contacting this very serious disease. On behalf of our association and all our dogs, we extend our sincere gratitude!
